π Returns β Delivered in Good Condition
If your order arrives in good condition and on time, but you wish to return it, please email us within 72 hours of delivery at admin@trueriderart.com with your order number.

Return requests made after 72 hours cannot be processed.

A $7.95 flat-rate handling & delivery fee will be charged per returned item.
π§ Damaged or Broken Items
If your item arrives broken or damaged, please send a clear photo of the damage along with your order number to admin@trueriderart.com.
Weβll send a replacement at no cost to you.
β Cancellation Policy
We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Because of this, cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of placing your order.

After 3 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

You may still return the item after delivery (standard return fees apply).
π³ Payment Gateway Fees
Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3β5 business days.
Please note: payment processors like PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay charge non-refundable fees ranging from 3.5% to 4.7% per transaction.

Example: For a $125 order with a 4.5% PayPal fee, your refund will be $119.38.
