πŸ”„ Returns – Delivered in Good Condition

If your order arrives in good condition and on time, but you wish to return it, please email us within 72 hours of delivery at admin@trueriderart.com with your order number.

  • Return requests made after 72 hours cannot be processed.

  • A $7.95 flat-rate handling & delivery fee will be charged per returned item.

πŸ”§ Damaged or Broken Items

If your item arrives broken or damaged, please send a clear photo of the damage along with your order number to admin@trueriderart.com.
We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you.

❌ Cancellation Policy

We begin processing orders quickly to ensure fast delivery.
Because of this, cancellation requests must be made within 3 hours of placing your order.

  • After 3 hours, cancellations cannot be guaranteed.

  • You may still return the item after delivery (standard return fees apply).

πŸ’³ Payment Gateway Fees

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method within 3–5 business days.

Please note: payment processors like PayPal, Stripe, Amazon Pay, and Apple Pay charge non-refundable fees ranging from 3.5% to 4.7% per transaction.

  • These fees will be deducted from your refund.

  • Example: For a $125 order with a 4.5% PayPal fee, your refund will be $119.38.

  • For orders under $99, a flat deduction of $7.95 per unit applies.
